Welcome to Ostitto! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, services, and courses. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account, enrolling in a course, or becoming an instructor on Ostitto, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other guidelines posted on the site. If you do not agree, you must not use our services.

2. User Accounts

To access most features, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
• Maintain the security of your password and accept all risks of unauthorized access to your account.
• Notify us immediately if you discover any security breach related to your account.
• Be solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Course Enrollment and Payment

When you purchase a course, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the course content for your personal, non-commercial, educational purposes.

3.1. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Once a course is purchased and you gain access to the content, we do not offer any refunds, returns, or exchanges. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy. We encourage you to review course previews and descriptions carefully before buying.

4. Instructor Terms

If you register as an instructor, you agree to the following terms in addition to all other provisions of these Terms.

4.1. Instructor Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you create and upload, including lectures, quizzes, and other educational materials ("Your Content").
• You warrant that you own or have the necessary licenses, rights, and permissions to authorize Ostitto to use Your Content as described in these Terms.
• You will not upload any content that infringes upon any third party's intellectual property rights.

4.2. Revenue Share and Payments

• Instructors will receive seventy percent (70%) of the net revenue from their course sales. Net revenue is defined as the amount received from a student for your course, less any applicable taxes, platform fees, or transaction costs.
• An additional five percent (5%) maintenance charge will be deducted from the instructor's 70% share to cover platform upkeep, hosting, and support services.
• For clarity, your final earning per sale will be calculated as: (Sale Price * 70%) - (Sale Price * 5%).
• Payments will be processed on a monthly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold and a processing hold period as detailed in your Instructor Dashboard.

4.3. License to Ostitto.com

You grant Ostitto a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and market Your Content on our platform and through our marketing channels.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on the Ostitto platform, including courses, text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Ostitto or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works from our content without our express permission.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Post or transmit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent.
• Impersonate any person or entity.
• Interfere with or disrupt the services or servers.
• Share your account credentials or allow others to access courses you have purchased.
• Attempt to scrape, copy, or resell course content.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to our services at our sole discretion, without notice, for any conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, our platform, or third parties.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties. We do not guarantee that the services will be uninterrupted or error-free. Ostitto will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our services.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through email or a notice on our website. Your continued use of the platform after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
